Surprisingly uncomfortable

I tried these on when they were delivered, and was shocked how much they hurt my feet. I’ve had Birkenstocks before and never felt such pain. They should feel good. I have to return them, but am having problems finding an opportunity to come to your Albany store as I live in Danville. I may have to mail them back.
